We respect your privacy and your right to choose what happens to your account and personal data. If you decide that you would like to permanently delete your account, we’re here to help.
Please note that if you choose to permanently delete your account, your game save will no longer be recoverable at a later date, and all progress made will be lost.
To delete your account:
- From the support website, simply click “Submit a request” at the top of the page and fill out the form;
- When selecting the topic of your message, choose "Account Deletion" option;
- After filling the fields that marked with an asterisk (*), submit your request.
Deleting your account is a permanent action. Once completed:
- Your account will be placed in a 28 day suspension before it is permanently deleted, and all associated data deleted.
- Your game progress, purchases, and account data will be permanently removed
- Your account cannot be restored
- You will need to create a new account if you wish to play again in the future
Should you wish to re-activate your account, you can cancel the deletion process at any time during the 28 day suspension.
We are still required to maintain records of certain data to comply with other legal obligations.
