Those 6 dots indicate which of your Survivors’ Badge slots are filled, and which Badges are receiving their conditional bonuses.
Most Badges have a “Bonus Condition” which is described below the Badge effect. Each dot in the circle on the Survivor’s card has three possible states:

- A gray dot means that there is no Badge in the indicated position.
- A white dot means that the indicated Badge slot is filled with a Badge.
- a green dot means that the Badge in this slot is getting the benefits of its conditional bonus. Perhaps because the required teammate is present.
You can use these Badge indicators during team selection before a mission to maximize the effects of your Badges. Try to build a perfect team where every character has the optimal Badge effects!
