Your team's melee kills have a chance of reducing threat and a chance of regaining an action point. The percentage chance of reducing threat and regaining a charge point is dependent on the level of Michonne’s Thinning the Herd; the higher the level the greater the increases.

When Jerry or an adjacent ally is damaged, there is a 35% chance (upgradeable to 60%) that the damage is reduced by half. If the trait triggers, the word “Bodyguard” pops up above your survivor.
